Job Description As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Raleigh, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established notification and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, patient care areas, parking facilities, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, assist with visitor direction, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
