• Job Schedule: DayTime Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorization, issue visitor and contractor passes, and maintain accurate entry and exit records
• Screen incoming personnel, vehicles, and deliveries in accordance with chemical and petrochemical location requirements and access-control procedures
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established reporting channels
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, business areas, and the perimeter to identify and report security-related concerns

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Access control and badge experience is preferred
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
