About the Role

As a Security Guard Flex-Rover Luxury High-rise, you will serve and safeguard clients in a residential community such as a gated community, condominium, or apartment complex. You will provide access control and patrols while remaining visible and displaying exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Schedule

• Part-Time Shift: Thursday, Friday and Monday, 11pm - 7am
• Location: Luxury Condos in Edgewater

Requirements

• Valid Florida Security License D License
• Security Experience required
• Must have excellent Customer Service skills, Professional attitude & Magnificent work ethic
• Be at least 21+ years of age
• Must have excellent customer service, be professional & responsible
• Ability to use a computer or tablet
• Comfortable working outdoors in all elements of the weather for the entire shift
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by conducting safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and, if appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter
