Job Schedule
Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to site leadership and/or public emergency personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including sales floors, entry points, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
- Monitor for suspicious behavior, disorderly conduct, and/or potential theft-related activity, and assist with access control, crowd management, and de-escalation support in a retail environment.
- Support opening and closing procedures, observe high-traffic and high-value areas, and help with security-related responses involving deliveries, vendor activity, and/or after-hours concerns.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Possess a Level III Armed Guard Card in Texas.
- CPR/First Aid is preferred.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

About the Role
