Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, identify unusual conditions, and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and employee movement, and support badge, sign-in, and/or credential verification processes in accordance with site procedures.
• Assist with routine security-related inspections of entrances, lobbies, parking areas, and other assigned locations, helping to maintain orderly operations and reporting maintenance or operational issues to the appropriate contact.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be 21+ years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
