Pay Rate

$21.95 / Hour

Job Schedule

Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or public emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, lobby areas, parking areas, and/or perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas for access-related concerns, and document security-related incidents, observations, and/or policy-related issues according to site procedures.
• Support daily operations by reporting maintenance concerns, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations, while following Allied Universal standards and client location expectations.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess 1 or more years of security-related experience.
• Be 21 or more years of age.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Possess customer service experience preferred.
• Possess a state, county, or city issued security license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
