About the role
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a residential community in Jupiter, FL, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for residents and guests. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential community grounds, common areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
- Monitor and report security-related concerns, property damage, maintenance issues, and suspicious activity in accordance with site procedures.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, communicating with appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
- Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation while representing Allied Universal professionally.
Requirements
- Possess at least one year of law enforcement experience, at least two years of security-related supervisor or manager experience, or at least three years of security-related experience.
- Possess supervisory experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Guard card is required.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

$23.63 / hour
Schedule
- Monday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Tuesday: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Wednesday: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Thursday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Sunday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
