Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, as working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Minimum Requirements

  • Vaccinations are required for hospital assignments.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A guard card and/or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule Details

The fixed-shift commitment ("Anchor Shifts") requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program allows you to pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, increasing earnings and gaining experience across multiple sites. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.
