As a Security Professional at a healthcare location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents. This driving post offers the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service, communicate with staff and visitors, and respond to security-related needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, including exterior areas and perimeter, while reporting unusual activity and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, supporting authorized entry to designated areas.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Pay Rate: $28.50 / Hour

• Schedule: Wednesday 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM, Thursday 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM
