About the role

As a Security Guard - Data Center Perimeter Rover, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government, and more.

Pay

$21.00 an hour

Schedule

Friday - Monday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter (working environments and conditions may vary by client site)
• Complete daily activity logs, incident reports, visitor records, and other required documentation

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions
• 12+ months of security experience
• Arizona driver’s license for over one year with a clean driving record
• Valid guard card/security officer license if required by Arizona DPS
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and conduct regular patrols
• Work outside in the elements
• Basic ability to use computers, radios, cameras, access-control systems, and incident-reporting software
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, or rotating shifts may be required
