About the role

Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer, supporting a professional environment through routine patrols, visible presence, and prompt response to security-related concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.

Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Skills

• Experience with security-related procedures.
• Ability to respond calmly to incidents and emergencies.
• Knowledge of alarm panels and access control systems.
• Customer service skills.
