About the role

Security Guard Victaulic – Lehigh Valley

Responsibilities

• Serve as the front-line presence for security across all Lehigh Valley properties and facilities
• Conduct regular security rounds to keep sites safe and secure
• Monitor and adjust melting furnaces at Lehigh Valley facilities
• Step in to support the security supervisor/manager wherever needed
• Be the friendly face that greets and directs visitors, sales reps, and employees
• Transport visitors and employees to and from various locations and airports
• Supports events sponsored by Victaulic
• Handle mail delivery and pickup across Lehigh Valley facilities
• Jump into other departments to cover vacations and staffing gaps — great for anyone who likes variety and wants exposure to different parts of the business

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• An associate degree may be preferred
• A valid driver's license is required
• Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable demeanor are essential
• Availability to work all shifts (days, evenings, nights, holidays, weekends), including overtime as needed
