About the role
Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, patients, visitors, and company assets through proactive security measures, regular patrols, access monitoring, and risk assessments. This role manages security incidents and emergency response protocols, de-escalates potentially disruptive situations, investigates and documents security concerns, and identifies vulnerabilities to support the ongoing safety and security of the clinic.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage security policies and procedures to safeguard the clinic's premises, assets, and personnel;
- Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and address potential threats;
- Deescalate situations that affect personnel and/or patients;
- Manage company process and protocols for security-related incidents and emergencies;
- Investigate and document security incidents, providing detailed reports to management;
- Maintain a secure environment by monitoring and authorizing access for staff, patients, and visitors;
- Patrol premises to ensure security and safety on the property, conduct security checks, and escort visitors and staff as needed;
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED;
- Valid driver's license;
- 25+ years of age due to insurance requirements;
- Knowledge of: Electronic security systems, access control, and surveillance technologies;
- HIPAA and OSHA regulations/procedures;
- Customer service principles and practices;
- One (1) year of experience in a similar position preferred;
