About the role

Kind and conscientious person needed to provide reception duties after hours and on weekends, ensuring the security of the building, grounds, and residents/staff. Your interest in serving others will be rewarded and appreciated by our senior residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform reception functions: greet visitors, residents, and others, and ensure sign-in and sign-out.
• Answer telephone courteously and route calls appropriately.
• Monitor emergency call system and surveillance equipment, responding per procedure.
• Make periodic rounds of the property to assure a safe environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (General Educational Development) and/or six (6) months experience in a similar position.

Schedule

Part-time: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Must be available these days and hours.

Pay

$19 - $22 per hour.
