Position Details

Security Flex Officer – Full‑Time, $17.00 per hour, up to 40 hours per week on any shift/day (determined at interview). Frequent walking/standing may be required; moderate technological usage required. AUS officers get paid weekly. Uniforms and equipment provided at no cost. Excellent benefits and career progression. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site‑specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Adapt to varying working environments and conditions depending on client site.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws; criminal histories will be considered consistent with applicable laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet licensing requirements as required by state or local regulations; may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
