Position Details

Security Officer – Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 1500‑2300, McLean, Virginia. Pay: $20.91 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Access control for guests, tenants, and vendors.
• Enforcement of client and company policies and procedures.
• Observation and reporting of security and safety hazards.
• Conduct routine foot patrols in and around the building.
• Report all pertinent issues and incidents to the operations manager, the client, and other Admiral/ADM department managers as appropriate.
• Interact with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the general public.
• Perform other duties as assigned, which may require work inside and outside in varying temperatures.
• Stand for prolonged periods, walk, bend, lift, and occasionally sit at a computer for extended periods.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to operate and maintain site‑specific security programs.
• At least one year of verifiable work experience (military, concierge, or an AA/BA in a related field will also be considered).
• Valid VA DCJS License #11‑1017 or TX DPS License #B04096301 (as applicable).
