• Shovels snow from walks and driveways
• Sprays salt on public passage ways
• Operates snow removal equipment to maintain streets, sidewalks and driveways
• Cleans clogged drains including toilets
• Repairs and maintains physical structure of establishment

• Aid in cleaning of the Emergency Department
• Alert staff and police if someone shows signs of losing control
• Help remove patient/visitor when needed
• Use physical restraints as a last resort
• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points, and permitting entry
• Obtain help by sounding alarms
• Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures, and restraining trespassers
• Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities, interviewing witnesses, and obtaining signatures
• Maintain environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls
