Security Guard

About the role

Spring House Estates is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Security Guard position. Our beautiful, gated community is located in Lower Gwynedd, PA.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of residents, team members, visitors, and property through proactive patrols, monitoring security cameras, access control, and other life-safety systems.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies, fire alarms, and security incidents.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter misconduct and proactively promote a safe and secure environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, emergency services, or a related field (preferred)
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
• Must possess and maintain current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (or obtain within three months of employment)

Pay

$17.00 – $21.29 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
