About the role
Ensure the safety and security of residents, team members, visitors, and property through proactive patrols, monitoring security cameras, access control, and other life-safety systems. Respond promptly to medical emergencies, fire alarms, and security incidents while maintaining a visible presence to deter misconduct and proactively promote a safe and secure environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, emergency services, or a related field (preferred)
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Must possess and maintain current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (or obtain within three months of employment)
