About the role

Responsible for providing security support services to maintain the safety and integrity of the facility and its personnel. Conducts background checks, manages access control, and ensures compliance with all security policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conducts background checks on personnel and contractors
• Maintains and updates access control systems
• Enforces security protocols and policies
• Responds to security incidents and emergencies
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Security, Criminal Justice, or related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience in security operations
• Knowledge of security policies and procedures
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Current Secret clearance
