Security Flex Officer - Retail Response

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Flex Response Security Officer to join their team in North San Francisco, Santa Rosa, and Pentaluma, CA. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, able to work various shifts, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• Think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem-solving skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience, even better!
• Have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card)
• Have completed additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings
• Must have a valid Driver's license

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $21/hr (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Schedule

Flex schedule, must pick up day, swing, and graveyard shifts as available

Skills

Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is preferred, but not required. Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process.
