Security Field Supervisor

About the role

The Field Supervisor oversees branch operations during non-business hours, inspects officers in the field, and provides training and operational support. This position starts at up to $20.04 per hour with ongoing opportunities for bonuses and additional compensation. Those with military, law enforcement, or security experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to field officers, including backup patrol response as needed.
• Offer field support for all patrols and inspections of assigned personnel.
• Manage, motivate, coach, and formally evaluate the performance of assigned staff and officers.
• Assist in developing field support competency tasks and training plans, tracking their effectiveness.
• Recommend and update policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines related to field support and patrol.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with alarm response requirements and other duties.
• Respond proactively to field incidents and requests for assistance from managers, supervisors, officers, or clients.
• Coordinate proper response and internal notifications as needed.
• Review all aspects of Field Support for potential improvements and profitability.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with client operations.
• Demonstrate strong conceptual and critical thinking, presenting ideas clearly with attention to detail.
• Build and manage successful business relationships with clients and prospects using emotional intelligence and people skills.
• Maintain a strong personal presence, credibility, and high integrity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Valid security license as required by the state of application.
• Minimum 2–3 years of progressive security experience.
• Must pass a background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test.
• Must maintain active status of all required licenses and carry them while on duty.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize wireless technology at client sites.

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree (Associate’s and above).
• 3+ years of security experience.
• 2–3+ years of supervisory/managerial experience.
• Ability to be trained and certified in an armed capacity.
• Honorable service in the U.S. military or law enforcement is a plus.

Pay
