About the role

The Sr. SailPoint Engineer plays a crucial role in delivering powerful solutions to help clients navigate the complex world of cybersecurity. Working within the Deloitte Cyber team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, testing, and integrating the ICAM system with other systems. Your expertise will be essential in finding flexible, innovative technical solutions to address ICAM challenges and opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Designs, develops, configures, tests, and integrates the ICAM system platform with other systems.
  • Supports clients in finding flexible, innovative technical solutions to ICAM challenges and opportunities.
  • Works independently and collaborates as part of a team.
  • Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Maintains meticulous attention to detail and high-quality work products.
  • Buils and sustains professional relationships.
  • Manages and prioritizes multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Provides clear guidance to others.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing large-scale ICAM solutions.
  • Experience understanding and designing solutions to meet ICAM Federal policies.
  • Proven technical solutions for deploying and adapting an ICAM system.
  • Strong experience working and facilitating across multiple teams.
  • Certified CISSP (preferred).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain the necessary clearance.
  • Ability to travel 15% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Licenses and certifications preferred.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
  • Discretionary annual incentive program eligibility.

Pay

$102,500 to $188,900 annually.
