Compensation: $122,500 – $165,000 annually.
About the role
This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Technical Services environment.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and respond to emerging security threats
- Advance deployment of AI in the Security Operations Center (SOC)
- Manage core security tooling like SIEM and orchestration platforms
- Identify infrastructure gaps and enhance visibility through detection
- Respond to incidents and collaborate on investigations
- Develop techniques to detect anomalous behaviors
- Support projects involving threat modeling, vulnerability scanning, and audits
- Take on-call shifts as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years in detection, response, or security engineering
- Experience with AWS + EKS environments
- Proficient in using AI tools for security issues
- Knowledge of MacOS operating systems
- Hands-on programming in Python, Golang, or similar languages
- Exposure to blockchain technology (preferred)
- Familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite
