About the Role
We're seeking a security professional to secure the frontier of AI. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining the entire security program from scratch, ensuring the protection of the most valuable and targeted artifacts in technology – the model weights training on our infrastructure. Your work will directly impact the future of AI, making sure it expands human freedom rather than shrinking it.
Responsibilities
- Secure the corporate environment end-to-end, including identity, endpoints, SaaS, and email for a rapidly growing workforce.
- Build detection and response capabilities for the corporate attack surface, addressing threats such as phishing, token theft, and insider risk.
- Engineer zero-trust access solutions, including SSO, device trust, and least-privilege provisioning that scale with hiring.
- Automate security controls, ensuring security runs as code and policy rather than relying on tickets and exceptions.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience securing a fast-growing company's corporate stack, including IdP, MDM, email, and SaaS.
- Proven track record of building detections that have caught real attacks and tuning out noise.
- Experience treating identity as the perimeter and implementing this approach in practice.
- Ability to automate tasks in code, not just runbooks, for any process done more than once.
- Experience responding to live incidents and making containment decisions under pressure.
Qualifications
- Bonus qualifications include deep experience with Okta or equivalent, SIEM and SOAR engineering, macOS and Windows fleet security, and insider-risk programs.
