Responsibilities
- Advise on enterprise-scale cloud security monitoring systems (design & architecture).
- Create and maintain automation scripts using Python or similar languages (development & scripting).
- Develop automated incident response playbooks to enhance CSOC processes (automation & orchestration).
- Support team coordination, share expertise, mentor junior staff, and lead cyber exercises (collaboration & mentorship).
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, threats, and AI applications for cloud security (continuous improvement).
- Develop, tune, and optimize detection rules for cloud platforms using Splunk Query Language.
Requirements
- 7+ years in cloud security or cyber operations.
- 7+ years with Operating Systems, Network Infrastructure, Security Principles, or System Architecture.
- 5+ years of AWS experience.
- 3+ years of Python scripting.
