Responsibilities
- Identify information protection needs for IS and Network Environments
- Design security architectures and develop cybersecurity-enabled products
- Integrate and implement security with Cross Domain Solutions (CDS)
- Develop and implement security designs for network systems, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity requirements
- Design, develop, and implement network security measures for confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, and non-repudiation
- Develop approaches to mitigate IS and Network Environment vulnerabilities and recommend changes
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED and 14 years’ experience, or Associate’s degree and 10 years’ experience, or Bachelor’s degree and 8 years’ experience, or Master’s degree and 6 years’ experience
- Hold at least one of the following certifications: CISSP (or Associate), CASP CE, CSSLP, CISSP-ISSEP, CISM, or CISSP-ISSAP
- Familiarity with security tools including Tenable Nessus, IBM Guardium, HP WeblInspect, NMAP, or similar
- Working knowledge of NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) and ATO processes
- Current/active Top Secret security clearance and willingness to obtain SCI eligibility and undergo a Polygraph
