About the role

The Forward Engineering Team at Candid is seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to join our dynamic and growing team. This position will play a key role in developing and implementing new solutions to streamline medical billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and requirements
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for new solutions
• Work closely with product management to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery
• Participate in design sprints and user testing sessions to validate solutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and contribute to the team's knowledge base

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in software development or a related field
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Passionate about improving healthcare and reducing costs
• Ability to think creatively and strategically
• Interest in working with healthcare providers and payers

Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
• Experience with databases and data structures
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure
• Experience with front-end technologies such as React or Angular
