Job Summary

The Security Director is a crucial member of the Northern Metropolitan Center team, responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our patients, employees, and facilities. As a key leader, you will develop and implement comprehensive security strategies, train and supervise security personnel, and maintain a thorough understanding of local, state, and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to ensure the safety and security of all patients, employees, and facilities
• Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel to ensure they are equipped to handle various security situations
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and response to security incidents
• Stay up-to-date with local, state, and federal regulations and ensure compliance with all security-related standards
• Conduct thorough investigations of security incidents and develop corrective action plans to prevent future occurrences
• Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement agencies to ensure a strong partnership and quick response to security incidents
