Security Delivery Lead
About the role
The role requires deep program orchestration skills, overseeing an offshore-heavy (80%) delivery model. A senior practitioner who can own the full technical and delivery landscape, removing the need to interface with multiple individual workstream leads.
Average travel may be required for this role, ranging from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Single point of accountability for end-to-end delivery across all three IAM modernization workstreams—Identity & Access Management (Okta), Identity Governance & Administration (SailPoint ISC), and Privileged Access Management (Delinea)—as well as IAM Data Cleanup and Discovery phases.
- Manage individuals and be responsible for reporting to a set of senior stakeholders in a complex delivery environment.
- Lead the implementation of security solutions that align with clients' business objectives.
- Design and deliver solutions for establishing system users' credentials and processes for accessing enterprise systems and applications.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of total experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years focused across multiple domains within Identity including but not limited to Governance, Access Management, Privileged Access, Non-human Identity, and Secrets Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated hands-on experience applying the capabilities of leading vendor tools to solve complex business problems.
- Minimum of 5 years of technical architecture experience across multiple platforms, integrating identity and access management systems to core enterprise solutions (CRMs, ticketing tools, cloud infrastructure).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading complex delivery where you've managed individuals and been responsible for reporting to a set of senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of IAM principles: RBAC, PAM, MFA, SSO, access reviews, and provisioning/de-provisioning workflows in regulated environments.
- Ability to read and interpret technical configurations, architecture diagrams, log samples, and system outputs as audit evidence.
- Strong written communication skills — able to produce clear, concise audit workpapers, findings, and executive summaries.
- Collaborative work style; comfortable operating in matrixed teams across client, legal, technical, and compliance stakeholders.
