About the role
GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer. The ideal candidate should possess strong customer service skills and be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Tell visitors how their day can start off right
- Verify visitor identities and guide them appropriately
- Manage access control and perform regular patrols
- Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Pass an extensive screening process
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Basic phone & computer skills
- Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience preferred
- State license if required
- Valid DCJS Virginia Security License
- At least 21 years of age
Qualifications
- Ability to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Pass a background check
- Pass a drug test

Pay
Competitive hourly wage of $22.07 per hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees)
Schedule
Open availability for scheduling required for weekdays and weekends. Must be available to work mornings, evenings, and overnights. Days off could vary and weekends are required. This is a flex schedule. Would not guarantee full time hours.
