Key Summary

**Security Control Assessor (SCA)** required for Honolulu, HI 96815. Position requires TS/SCI Full Poly clearance. Key responsibilities include assessing and evaluating security controls, conducting security control testing and evaluations, identifying security gaps and vulnerabilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and providing detailed reports with findings and recommendations for remediation. Ideal candidates have proficiency in security frameworks, strong understanding of security control testing and evaluation methods, experience with security audits and risk assessments, knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements, ability to interpret and apply security policies and procedures, familiarity with vulnerability scanning and management tools, experience with SIEM tools, knowledge of penetration testing techniques and tools, familiarity with risk management frameworks, experience with continuous monitoring and automated security assessments, proficiency in writing technical security documentation and reports, and knowledge of cloud security architectures and controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Risk Management, Systems Engineering, Network Security, Data Privacy, Computer Engineering, Digital Forensics, etc.
• Additional experience (4-5 years) in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree may be considered in some contracts.
• Experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
• Familiarity with vulnerability scanning and management tools.

Desired Skills

• Experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools.
