Security Consultant - GenAI, AWS GenAI Innovation and Delivery

The AWS Generative AI Innovation Center stands at the forefront of the AI revolution, where we're not just advising on technology — we're building it, securing it, and delivering it alongside the world's most innovative organizations. As businesses race to adopt transformative GenAI capabilities, security isn't just a checkbox — it's the foundation that makes innovation possible. In this role, you'll be both the guardian and the builder — ensuring every GenAIIC engagement meets AWS' security bar while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver secure GenAI solutions directly to customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security assessments and reviews for engagements across the global footprint, then step into those same engagements as a billable consultant, architect, and builder.
• Embed as a billable security consultant within customer engagements across POCs, innovations, FDE, and ProServe delivery models, providing hands-on security architecture, implementation, and guidance.
• Hold and enforce the AWS security bar across diverse engagement types and customer contexts, translating security requirements into practical, deployable solutions.
• Partner with internal delivery teams, AWS Security, ProServe Security, and third-party partners to architect and implement security controls that are both rigorous and pragmatic.
• Build reusable security patterns, accelerators, and reference architectures based on real engagement experience that scale your impact across the practice.
