Security Compliance & Regulatory Affairs Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily risk ticket analysis and lead in-depth assessments of product changes to identify security risks
• Tailor and mature the One the company Risk Management framework with a focus on AI Risk and Data Governance
• Build and optimize automated workflows linking compliance needs to engineering productivity
• Implement compliance frameworks within the risk process for a unified technical risk view
• Communicate risk impacts and insights to stakeholders from engineering teams to executives
• Develop practical security risk solutions, ensuring risk management aids business processes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Security Risk Management with a solid track record in operationalizing risk frameworks
• Broad technical expertise in security architecture, software development, and cryptography in cloud environments
• Proven collaboration skills with technical Security and Engineering teams to implement risk solutions
• Advanced proficiency in Jira, focusing on automation and workflow management
