Security Compliance Analyst
About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Engineer to join our Data Center security team as an individual contributor. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our rapidly scaling Data Center infrastructure and operations.
Responsibilities
- Comply with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- Monitor, assess, and communicate regulatory changes and emerging compliance risks and trends to key partners and stakeholders.
- Assist business, Compliance, and other control function partners in responding to client escalations by conducting, compiling and presenting research as required.
- Remain current on emerging trends and developments, both within the local region and globally, affecting the regulatory environment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in mission-critical infrastructure operations management.
- Broad knowledge across physical security and risk management.
- Expert in developing and administering secure operational processes.
- General understanding of incident response, business and operational continuity, and disaster recovery, along with security’s role in these processes.
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical partners.
- Experience identifying and communicating clear operational security requirements to inform and empower execution-focused teams and personnel.
- Experience building relationships with cross-functional partners and business leaders.
Certifications
Relevant security certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, PCI, CC, CISP, etc.)
Pay
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $60.00 - $65.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law.
