Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and/or notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and support visitor and employee entry procedures in accordance with site-specific protocols.
• Serve in an armed presence role while remaining professional during interactions, following post orders and reporting requirements for security-related concerns.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid firearms licensing is required for this position.
• A Guard Card and/or license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• An Armed Guard Card and/or license is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
