We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "Our Brand At J.Jill..." that's about company, maybe "About Us". The instructions: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - Overview: "Provides a presence of security at the Tilton Operations Center Main Entrance. Monitors interior and exterior areas of the facility via surveillance cameras. Provides a visible deterrence to minimize loss of company assets and responds to medical needs of associates." This is like a summary of role. Could be "About the role" or "Overview". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can use "About the role" for overview. - Responsibilities: list of duties. We have many bullet-like sentences. Should be

  • . - Qualifications: includes knowledge, experience, certifications, proficiency, etc. Also "Education & Experience" and "Physical Requirements". Those could be part of Qualifications or separate sections like Requirements. The instruction includes Requirements as a possible heading. We could have "Qualifications" for certifications, skills, etc. And "Requirements" for education/experience and physical requirements. Or combine. - Skills: maybe not separate; we have proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, preferred working knowledge of Win-Pak and Avigilon. Those could be under Skills. - Benefits: Not mentioned except "competitive pay and benefits" but no specifics. So we should NOT create Benefits section because no specific benefits listed. - Pay: Salary Range given: USD $18.50/Hr. - USD $25.41/Hr. That's specific, so we should include Pay section. - Schedule: Not mentioned. No schedule info. So omit. - About Us: The company description at start and later "About Us" section. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About Us" is company info. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. Not About Us. But we could include "About the role" for role overview, and maybe include a brief company description under that or as a separate section? The instruction says do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. It didn't forbid a company overview heading, but the list of headings given are examples; we could add other headings if needed? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are typical but not exclusive? However later: "IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". It doesn't forbid other headings, but to be safe we stick to those given. So we can put company description under "About the role" or maybe not include a separate section. The overview already describes role; we could incorporate company description into that section as prose. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the company description (Our Brand At J.Jill...). That is substantive. Where to put? Could be a short paragraph before responsibilities, maybe as part of "About the role". That seems fine. We also have "About Us" later with culture statement, equal opportunity employer, accommodation info. That's also substantive but maybe boilerplate? It includes EEO statement which is legal boilerplate; we should remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. So we should drop that equal opportunity paragraph. Also the accommodation request line maybe also boilerplate? It's about accommodation for application process; could be considered legal. Might be removed. Safer to remove the entire "About Us" block after the equal opportunity statement? But we need to preserve substantive information; the culture statement "At J.Jill, we believe our associates should be seen, valued, and celebrated..." is substantive about culture. That is not boilerplate. However the equal opportunity statement is boilerplate. We could keep the culture statement and drop the EEO part. But the instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we can keep the preceding sentences about associate value, culture, etc. The "About Us" block includes: "At J.Jill, we believe our associates should be seen, valued, and celebrated. We support the advancement of our associates by harnessing their unique contributions to grow and improve, and our success is guided by a culture that values keeping it simple and making it matter. J.Jill is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing an inclusive and professional workplace free from discrimination and harassment. All employment decisions at J.Jill are based solely upon business needs, job requirements and individual qualifications without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy and pregnancy related conditions, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, sexual orientation, sexual and reproductive health decisions, age, marital status, disability, genetic information, military or veteran status or any other legally protected status. J.Jill provides reasonable accommodation to qualified individuals, in accordance with applicable laws. If you need to inquire about an accommodation to assist with completing the application process, please email Talent.Acquisition@jjill.com" We should keep the first two sentences (culture) and maybe discard the rest as EEO boilerplate. The accommodation request line might be considered part of EEO/legal; safer to drop it. Thus we will include a short paragraph about company culture under "About the role" or maybe a separate "About Us" section? Since not in the list, we could incorporate into "About the role". That seems okay. Now we need to format. We'll produce:

    About the role

    Then Responsibilities:

Then Qualifications/Skills/Requirements. We have "Qualifications" block: Knowledge of and experience as a security associate working in a Distribution Center or similar environment. Associates must be or able to be certified in First Aid, CPR / AED and maintain re-certification. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Preferred working knowledge of Win-Pak and Avigilon. Flexibility to work overtime is required in support of the business. Multi-task and prioritize work to meet the needs of the business. Detail-orientated and perform work in a safe manner. Work independently and with minimal or with no direct supervision. Then "Education & Experience": 0+ years of experience in a Distribution Center or similar environment. Specific physical requirements and/or environmental exposures are an essential part of the job. Please see attached addendum. Then "Physical Requirements": Lifting 25lbs, Sitting long periods of time, hot and cold climates, walking, standing, Clear vision. Typing, stressful situations, handling trama situations. Listening, talking, Standing, sitting, walking, Bending, Kneeling/Squatting, crouching, Balancing, reaching overhead, pulling/pushing, repetitive motion. We need to decide sections. Could have:

    Qualifications

for the qualifications list (knowledge/experience, certifications, proficiency, preferred knowledge, safety awareness, self-motivated, communication, overtime flexibility, multitask, detail-oriented, independent work). Then maybe

      Requirements

for Education & Experience and Physical Requirements. But we must avoid thin sections. Could combine Education & Experience and Physical Requirements into one "Requirements" section with two subparts? But we need to use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can make a list for requirements. Thus:

        Requirements

        • 0+ years of experience in a Distribution Center or similar environment.
        • Specific physical requirements and/or environmental exposures are an essential part of the job (see attached addendum).
        • Physical requirements: Lifting 25lbs, Sitting long periods of time, hot and cold climates, walking, standing, Clear vision. Typing, stressful situations, handling trauma situations. Listening, talking, Standing, sitting, walking, Bending, Kneeling/Squatting, crouching, Balancing, reaching overhead, pulling/pushing, repetitive motion.
But we need to preserve all details; we should not lose the "Specific physical requirements and/or environmental exposures are an essential part of the job. Please see attached addendum." We'll include that as a bullet. Now Pay section:

        Pay

        Salary Range: USD $18.50/Hr. - USD $25.41/Hr.

We should not include Benefits or Schedule. Now ensure we removed boilerplate: removed EEO statement, accommodation request, duplicated lines. Also removed "The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by associates assigned to this job. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required of this position."
