Security Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager for Security who is familiar with Application Security and has experience implementing large-scale enterprise security enhancement projects. This role involves organizing and leading steering groups, managing communications, developing roadmaps, gathering input from subject matter experts (SMEs), and engaging with all application development teams across the company.

Success in this role will be measured by the number of application development teams introduced to a new security tool and process.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of a large-scale enterprise security enhancement project.
• Organize and facilitate steering group meetings to drive alignment and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for security tool and process adoption.
• Coordinate with SMEs to gather requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
• Engage with all application development teams to introduce and integrate new security tools and processes.
• Track and report on the adoption of security tools and processes across teams.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

• Experience with Application Security and implementing enterprise-wide security initiatives.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with security tools and processes, and their integration into development workflows.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, security experts, and leadership.
