This contract position, with a potential extension, involves working under IT Strategy and Governance to enhance and operate the IT Security Program. Key responsibilities include implementing security controls and technologies, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with teams to address security challenges. Expertise in security technologies is essential. Description Work under the guidance of IT Strategy and Governance. Responsible for IT Security Program growth and operation. Provide advanced analysis for security design and implementation. Lead projects to implement security controls and technologies. Assist in creating security policies, procedures, and guidelines. Lead and direct the work of others. Expected to exercise creativity and latitude. Key Responsibilities Administer security technologies such as endpoint protection and vulnerability management. Perform IT security risk assessments and develop remediation strategies. Research vendor offerings and conduct proof of concepts. Coordinate with teams to implement technologies and remediate issues. Monitor and process incident response queues. Qualifications 4 to 7 years of experience in IT Security. Expert knowledge in endpoint protection administration. Expert knowledge in vulnerability management administration. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. 1 year of CISSP or equivalent preferred.
