Security Analyst

About the role

Help identify, prioritize and remediate software security vulnerabilities while working alongside an experienced engineering team. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with strong technical aptitude who wants to grow into a cybersecurity specialist within a collaborative, innovative organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and address vulnerabilities in software systems, prioritizing issues based on severity
• Collaborate with engineering teams to create and escalate tickets for necessary fixes
• Monitor dependency track systems and daily security scans
• Affiliate with maintenance of secure coding practices and updating libraries
• Support customer service teams by escalating relevant issues from third-party software findings

Requirements

• Technical proficiency to handle security-related tasks is required
• Experience with servers and DNS is beneficial
• Flexibility in working hours is required
• Entry-level candidates or recent college graduates are encouraged to apply
• Experience with security tools and practices is preferred
