Security Ambassador Gatehouse

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer to build meaningful connections and provide exceptional customer service in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

About the role

This full-time position focuses on customer service and security duties, ensuring the safety and protection of individuals and property.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties: welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• FL Class D license
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process

Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $19.84 per hour. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.

Schedule

Full Time: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
