Core Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive expertise in Enterprise AI Architecture, NLP, Distributed Computing, or complex ML Systems.
• 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience architecting production-level Generative AI and LLM platforms.
• Mandatory Core Stack & Tooling: Hand-on proficiency with Weaviate, Lakera, Orca Security, OWASP for LLMs, YARA, and MITRE Telecommunication&CK.

Advanced Architecture Mastery

• Proven execution of GraphRAG frameworks (beyond baseline RAG).
• Multi-Agent orchestration.
• RLHF alignment/tuning paradigms.
• Distributed training/inference.

Programming & Core Infrastructure

• Elite coding skills in Python, Scala, or Java.
• Framework Ecosystem: Deep familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, or equivalent AI middleware.
• Strong background building and scaling production-grade AI applications within distributed cloud environments.
