About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is Now Hiring a Response Security Officer!

Responsibilities

- Site Location: Multiple - Schedule: Must be available for at least two shifts per week - Monitor assigned premises and facilities to maintain a safe and secure environment. - Conduct routine patrols and inspections to identify and report security risks, hazards, or suspicious activity. - Manage access control by verifying credentials and authorizing entry to restricted areas. - Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and potential security threats. - Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a strong security presence. - Complete accurate and detailed reports documenting incidents, observations, and daily activities. - Communicate and collaborate effectively with law enforcement, emergency responders, and site management when necessary. - Safeguard client property, assets, employees, and visitors through proactive security measures. - Adhere to all site-specific policies, procedures, and security protocols.

Requirements

- Must be able to provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED - Must have two shift availability (1st shift / 2nd shift, 1st shift / 3rd shift, etc.) - Must be available to work weekends and weekdays, depending on Flex/SRO assignment. - Valid driver's license required with a clean driving record. Must be able to pass motor vehicle record check. - Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between multiple client sites within the assigned area(s). - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Strong reliability, punctuality, and attendance record required. - Must be flexible and adaptable to changing schedules, assignments, and work locations. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to write clear and accurate reports. - Comfortable using radio communication and other security technology. - Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency and high-pressure situations.

Qualifications

- Prior security, military, law enforcement, or customer service experience preferred.
