Security Advisor II, Falcon Complete (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Assess customer environments for alignment with Falcon standards
• Provide recommendations to improve customer security
• Create and suggest remediation for the company product components
• Contact customers to address misalignment with standards
• Document and resolve customer issues per SLAs
• Develop service reports and statistics for customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction
• Aid support teams in troubleshooting technical issues

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Cybersecurity role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems
• Knowledge of threat detection and incident response
• Cybersecurity certifications from recognized organizations
• Bachelor's degree in Technology/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience
• Experience using AI technologies to improve business outcomes

Pay

$100,000 – $155,000 annually
