Hourly pay: $19.15

About the role

This position is responsible for staffing ride queue lines, associate entrance booths, or park entrance gates. A large part of the job involves monitoring the entrance and exit of guests and team members by checking identification, performing bag checks, and conducting metal detection screenings. Guest service is a high priority, requiring constant interaction with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alcohol consumption and containment at catering events
• Perform crowd control duties during concerts and special events
• Follow instructions in accordance with department and company policies and procedures
• Recognize when additional assistance or direction is required and seek it
• Work in an environment with exposure to potentially hostile situations while remaining calm

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check (if 18 or older), which may include credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, unless prohibited by law
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs
• Overnight availability is preferred
