Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Current Driver’s License
- Preference given to individuals with C.L.E.E.T. certification (certification required within six months of employment)
- Experience in law enforcement or security preferred
- Flexibility to work any shift, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Physical requirements: standing/sitting for long periods, running, frequent lifting (occasionally in excess of 50 lbs), and pushing heavy carts.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol casino property to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and property
- Assess and resolve security incidents, enforce regulatory compliance and internal policies
- Supervise security personnel and assist with emergency response procedures
- Escort casino assets and property during transportation between locations
- Provide crowd control and assist local law enforcement during emergencies or critical incidents
- Monitor guest behavior and respond to disturbances, disputes, or suspicious activity
- Assist with investigations, write detailed incident reports, and maintain accurate activity logs
- Enforce all casino policies, procedures, and applicable gaming regulations
- Maintain situational awareness and readiness to respond to emergencies, fire alarms, or potential security threats
- Escort guests or employees as needed, including removal of individuals from the property when required
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while conducting company business
- Follow all applicable state, federal, and tribal laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
