Responsibilities
- Execute warehouse lending and term ABS transactions for asset-backed securitization clients across commercial and nontraditional asset classes, including fleet lease, rental car, datacenter, entertainment assets (music and film), fiber, timeshare, insurance premium, and utility ratepayer-backed securitizations.
- Create client marketing materials and participate in deal pitches and diligence meetings.
- Conduct in-depth collateral analysis to synthesize information from data tapes, run cash flow models and optimize capital structures.
- Prepare presentations and data analysis for rating agencies and coordinate the structured finance rating process for both warehouse lending and capital markets transactions.
- Create investor presentations and participate in roadshow activities, including investor meetings and calls.
- Review and comment on legal documentation for warehouse lending and capital markets facilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word applications.
- Experience executing warehouse lending, 144a and/or public capital markets securitization transactions across commercial and nontraditional asset classes.
- Experience creating marketing materials.
- Strong data analysis skills, including analyzing collateral tapes and running cash flow models.
- Experience reviewing legal documentation for commercial and nontraditional securitization transactions.
- Knowledge of transaction structural features of commercial and nontraditional securitizations.
- Ability to multi-task across competing deadlines and industry groups within the firm.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in Securitized Products or related occupation.
- Experience coordinating the structured finance ratings process.
- Inclusive leadership skills with the ability to train junior team members.

Pay
Competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location.
