Securities and Exchange Commission Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and review of Form 10-Q or 10-K filings; draft or review financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A; support iXBRL/XBRL tagging and tie-out in Workiva.
• Prepare or review the consolidated statement of cash flows (indirect method); resolve classification questions; prepare supplemental disclosure schedules.
• Prepare Client journal entries, reconciliations, and roll forward schedules; review equity report data; draft ASC 718 footnote disclosures.
• Support goodwill impairment analysis, intangible asset roll forwards, and related footnote disclosures under ASC 350/360.
• Support monthly/quarterly close tasks including journal entry review, account reconciliations, and flux analysis as needed.
• Prepare PBC schedules, respond to auditor inquiries, and document key judgments and controls for quarterly reviews or annual audit.

Required Qualifications

• CPA
• Minimum 10 years of progressive, hands-on accounting experience in a public company or supporting public company clients.
• Demonstrated experience owning or supporting 10-K and/or 10-Q filings end to end.

Pay, Benefits, and Schedule

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $85.00- $100.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law.
