Securities and Derivatives Senior Analyst Hybrid

Intermediate-level position supporting delivery of key strategic initiatives, regulatory changes, technology updates, and operational aspects of product development. Includes time-sensitive reporting to support daily business and operations activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business initiatives, client solutions, and/or projects.
• Responsible for volume, quality, timeliness, and delivery of complex deliverables.
• Make appropriate decisions in line with critical deadlines, high-priority project deliverables, and sensitive clients.
• Serve as the point of escalation, owning complex client/process issues through to resolution.
• Ensure compliance while applying critical thinking to all controls and procedures; improve them where possible.
• Aid management in monitoring department performance, diagnosing root causes of procedural deviations/failures, and implementing corrective action plans.
• Own and QA test specific system enhancement test packages, ensuring scripts and testing are accurately completed prior to production release.
• Interpret data and contribute to recommendations for process improvement, new products/services, and upgraded platforms.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience.

Pay

Full-time salary range: $70,080.00 - $105,120.00.
