Secure Element and Applet Developer

Job Summary

Design, develop and validate NXP’s secure mobile payment solutions and applets.
Implementation of “on-card” Software for secure microcontrollers.
Analysis of use cases for performance optimization.
Implementation and execution of software tests – unit / functional test cases.
Software design, code and test plans / needed test coverage.
Contribution to software Architecture and design considerations.

Job Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Electrical or Computer engineering or Software engineering plus 2-5 years of related experience not including co-ops or internships.
• Excellent programming skills in C / C++, Java.
• Programming skills on embedded microcontrollers (8051, ARM, or similar).
• Smart card Operating Systems / Java Card OS experience is a plus.
• Familiarity and comfortable working with international standards.
• Customer facing role to drive NXP solutions technically.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range as of the date of this posting is: $121,400 to $166,900 annually.
